Step into a night where creativity knows no bounds at the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art's inaugural Come as Thou Art  Costume Ball, presented by the museum’s Couture Collective and cohosted by Sonin Lee. This year's theme draws inspiration from the whimsical and darkly enchanting world of Tim Burton, with a highlight of the evening being an exclusive couture collection fashion show by the renowned designer and University of Memphis professor, Ramona Sonin. 

Don your most imaginative attire as you immerse yourself in an evening that blends art, fashion, and fantasy. Whether you channel the eerie elegance of Burton's characters or interpret the spirit of an artist or designer, this is your chance to become a living masterpiece. 

Prizes will be awarded in four categories:

• Best Overall Costume: The showstopper of the night.
• Tim Burton Inspired: For the costume that best captures Burton’s unique vision.
• Artist or Designer Inspired: A tribute to creative legends.
• Best Headdress or Mask : For the most striking and imaginative adornment.

VIP ticket includes preferential seating with prime sight-lines during the fashion show, free monitored parking, access to the exclusive VIP lounge with complimentary hors d'oeuvres and bottomless bubbles.

General Admission comes with 2 drink tickets, access to the red carpet, and an unforgettable evening of fashion and fun. 

 

Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 

If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event.
