Pride Yoga

Celebrate the start of Pride Month with a "come as you are" yoga flow with Jessica. This class will incorporate strength and stretching and keep you moving with a variety of progressions suitable for all fitness levels. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the LGBTQ Center of the Cape Fear Coast. Feel free to wear rainbows and other pride flag colors, and support the LGBTQ community.
