Description
ComedySportz Quad Cities is pleased to present Improv Class! Class is designed to be a playful, interactive, and collaborative improvisation class for children between 4th and 8th grade. Students will learn and apply improv skills through games, scene work and character building. Students will learn many of the essential skills of professional improvisation, including: listening, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, stage presence, and public speaking. This helps to build connections, support others, take safe and positive creative risks, and develop stronger self-confidence.
Each Student will get to perform before the ComedySportz Show on as well as a special matinee performance on Sunday!
Grades 4th - 8th
When: Classes will meet on Thursdays beginning February 15th
Time: 5pm - 6pm
Classes will run for 8 weeks with a performance before the ComedySportz Show on April 6th, as well as their own performance on Sunday April 7th.
Cost: $200
**REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN BEYOND 2 WEEKS BEFORE CLASS BEGINNING**
