Share Viles Arboretum is a free, easily accessible, botanical garden that is open from dawn to dusk, seven days a week. The space include six miles of trails, 20 botanical collections, and local stone art works (all marked and signed), on 224 acres.
Description
Join us for a free pancake breakfast available to all members of the Viles Arboretum community. Whether you have been a dedicated donor since the organization was founded, or just enjoy walking on our trails in your free time, you are welcome to participate in this important community event. Enjoy a hearty pancake breakfast in our barn, prepared for you by Arboretum staff and volunteers to start the morning. Special guest Stephen Oliveri, former Executive Director of the Arboretum, will speak on the development of the Arboretum from past to present. A brief tour with former Director Steve, and current Programs Manager Lauren, will be available to anyone who is interested.
Volunteer opportunities will be available after breakfast for anyone interested in getting involved in the maintenance of this incredible space.
