Nick Carozza is a versatile young oboist and music educator currently based in Las Vegas, NV pursuing his D.M.A. at UNLV. He currently performs with the UNLV Symphony Orchestra and UNLV Wind Orchestra. In this concert, he'll be performing composers Poulenc, Haydn, Bynes and Russell joined by:
Justin G. Russell Jr. a Fourth Generation Diné Silversmith, Bassist, Composer, and Cultural Preservationist. Current ensembles include the Grand Junction Symphony and Mariachi San Jose.
Soprano opera singer and music educator Rebecca Carozza currently performs with the Las Vegas Masters Singers. As an opera singer, Rebekah sang the title role Little Red in Barab’s Little Red Riding Hood and as chorus member in Suor Angelica with Colorado Mesa University.
Maxwell Reilly on piano, a native of Grand Junction, Colorado, is a distinguished pianist and composer with a passion for both classical and contemporary genres. Known Maxwell currently serves as a collaborative pianist and adjunct faculty at Colorado Mesa University.
Brandon Martinez will be joining them on viola. Brandon graduated from the Las Vegas Academy of the Performing Arts in may of 2024 And is now pursuing a bachelors degree in Viola Performance and Music Education at UNLV. He currently performs with the UNLV Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, as well as a few quartets outside of UNLV. He has also performed with the Utah Tech Symphony Orchestra as well as the Oklahoma State University’s Symphony Orchestra.
