Coo Era delivers a 7-piece live hip-hop experience that cuts straight to the core of feel-good live energy. Featuring a powerhouse horn section, a rock-solid rhythm unit, crazy keys, a turntablist on the 1s and 2s, and the fresh, cool MC work of Tyre Pinlight and Elameen, this band brings live sounds with hard hitting samples of soulful grooves from jazz, funk, neosoul and R&B. It’s pure, unfiltered energy without the hype.
FunkSwitch is a super dope funk band based out of Portland, Oregon. They exist to help you get the funk in your trunk. Watch out for Gravy though…that guy would put gravy on anything. This project is a majority originals mega band with funky tones, interesting vocals and songs that feature all the players. Gabe Gravy Hartman brings his years of stage experience and compositions to life with the help of fantastic PDX players. You will dance.
