Step into the hidden world of prohibition-era elegance with our Speakeasy Craft Cocktail class! Join our expert Mixologist Brooke Brown-Fritz as she shares the art of mixology while you craft classic and contemporary cocktails in a clandestine atmosphere.
To complement your creations, our chefs will offer a selection of small plates designed to enhance the flavors of your cocktails.

What To Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll work together with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.
- Instructor: Chef Debbie
- Length: Approximately 2 hours
- Format: Experience. Get immersed in this event, where more than food is celebrated.
- Locations: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
