"Palooza" is a word that implies an extraordinary event with a party atmosphere. As part of Crawfish's five year anniversary celebration, Crawfish and Bia Food Company are bringing you Crawfish-N-Bia-Palooza!!! A food and beverage tasting event, we will showcase what each company does and can do as separate companies and together. Both companies will be presenting a tasting lineup of signature, new, and favorite dishes, as well as information on the services both offer. Your ticket provides entry to the event room at Crawfish, a tasting plate and utensils, and two drinks.
