The Crossfire Big Band is a 17 piece group playing classics to contemporary Big Band music. Comprised of Kelowna’s top musicians, all who are committed to excellence in music and sharing it with the people of our community.
Crossfire Big Band, under the musical directorship of Angus Armstrong and Malcolm Green, consists of Okanagan musicians who give their time and talent promoting Big Band music here in BC’s Interior region.
The group’s vocalist is Julie Dorsey delights the audience with her singing style and makes the perfect fit for a concert of Big Band music you know and love.
The band plays classics to contemporary Big Band music and is very involved in the Okanagan music scene.
