Description
CUSTER’S GRASS BAND is one of the Northwest’s premiere bluegrass bands. Formed in 1976, the band recorded the first bluegrass album originating from the Pacific Northwest. The album included special instrumental contributions by Grammy winning fiddle virtuoso, Mark O’Connor. Over the last three decades the band has appeared at dozens of colleges, festivals, and music venues throughout the greater Pacific Northwest.
Today the original band is still intact delivering traditional bluegrass music with crisp instrumentation complimented by tight bluegrass vocal harmonies.
