Description
Discover the path to wellbeing through movement. Join dance instructor, social worker and educator Cecilia Plotkin (she/her/ella) to learn more about the elements of wellness, stress management techniques and benefits of dancing. This workshop includes group discussions around resiliency and coping as well as time to move and dance to different rhythms. Cecilia will introduce participants to the Dancing into Wellness program and will provide information on ways to continue being engaged beyond this workshop.
Participants 18 years and older are welcome to register. Comfortable clothing, shoes and a water bottle would be helpful for this event but not required. Feel free to reach out to Cecilia with any questions or concerns (dancingforwellness@gmail.com).
