Things to know before you go
- Visit the Terms and Conditions at the link above.
- Due to the natural topography of the Venue’s expansive acreage, there is limited accessibility for those with impaired ambulatory ability.
- Motorized wheelchairs are permitted. However, travel can be cumbersome due to the primarily gravel substrate surfaces.
- Make sure to have your QR code printed or available on your phone for timely on-site check-in.
- All sales and product sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges.
- Events are rain or shine.
- This is a primarily outdoor event with limited tent shelter.
- Free on-site parking (no valet or drop-offs).
- The Culinary Stadium has several food stations made up of incredibly large, industrial wood-fired cooking equipment.
- Food stations are positioned throughout the venue. (Some are self-serve, and at other stations, team members will cut and serve your proteins.)
- Food service during the first 2 1/2 hours of the event.
- NO off-site food or beverages allowed.
- No animals allowed on premises (unless a certified service animal).
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
- Children ages 5 and under are admitted at no cost, but require one Foodie ticket purchase (up to 3 children per 1 adult). But, include a ticket "Foodie 5 & under" with your order so we can have an accurate headcount.
- Ticket and product prices are subject to change.
- Menu Items are subject to change/substitution.
- Full refunds for any event cancelation.
- Limited available seating, BYOC is welcome (Bring your own chair).
- Comfortable walking shoes are more suitable for the Venue’s terrain.
- Beer, wine, assorted soft drinks, desserts, and merchandise are available for purchase.
