Description

Stain and embellish your own custom recipe box.

Join professional crafter Jennifer Amos, for a fun and interactive afternoon staining, and decorating their own custom recipe boxes. These small wooden boxes would make a great gift or bring a spark of joy to your own kitchen. Participants will choose the stain and decor for their personalized box. To complete the design, participants use a vinyl stencil of the phrase they choose and scorching marker to burn the design into their stained box.

Bring one of your favorite recipes to share in a recipe exchange!

Participants will choose 1 of 4 design options during registration. The project vinyl will be pre-cut for you and ready for project completion during the workshop.

Recommended for ages 16+. All supplies will be provided. No prior skills or experience is necessary.

  • This workshop will meet in the Learning Lab near middle of the building

*All of our workshops and classes are led by professional makers, artists, entrepreneurs, educators and community partners. We strive to provide high-quality and unique learning experiences. Registration may close up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event to provide time for instructors to prepare.
