Description
Two Santa Margarita Coaches are here to teach you all you need to know in order to increase your mental toughness and confidence. We also will give you many helpful nutrition tips. Our goal is to get you to feel great and to excel even more in your sport!
Grades: 9-12
Dates:
- Session 1: June 12-29 Tuesday/Thursday
- Session 2: July 10-27 Monday/Wednesday
Time: 11:30AM-12:30PM
