Herbs and practices to connect to the magic and wisdom of nature (you). Come tune in with Spring through the herbs and flowers!
An experiential workshop designed to cultivate a deeper connection to the plant world and ourselves. We will be using our senses to drop us into the present and commune with plant energy. We will be meditating with and drinking a couple Spring Teas. Some themes we will explore in class:
Communicating with plants, Seasonal transitions, Herbs for Spring and connecting with our bodies.
Please bring a notebook, drinking vessel and something comfy to sit on as we will be outside on the earth.
