Our haunt is open every Friday and Saturday night September 28th - October 26th, 7:30-11 pm.
Your purchased ticket is valid for any open dates.
Open rain or shine. NO REFUNDS.
Arrival Procedures (PLEASE READ):
Fast Pass ticket holders: go straight to the line.
General Admission ticket holders: go to the ticket window, pick up one wristband for your group, enjoy the Midway while you wait until your number is called to get into line.
Please note: Our haunt is popular so the wait times can get long on busy nights (high season Saturdays). On our high season nights a General Admission ticket holder can expect a 2-3 hour wait. But we have also redesigned our procedure for entry this year so the General Admission ticket holders are able to mingle on the Midway instead of spending hours standing in the actual line. A Fast Pass ticket holder will always get in and out of the haunt the quickest as they go straight to the line. If you are not planning on coming to make a night of it, we recommend a Fast Pass. To avoid our busiest nights we also recommend visiting on a Friday night or an early season Saturday night.
