Travel back in time to meet one of history’s most influential writers, G.K. Chesterton. In this immersive experience, you will encounter the wit and wisdom of Chesterton, played by the talented John Walker, in this one-man, live performance, An Evening with GK Chesterton.
Join us for an evening of food and drink, humor and wisdom, as we learn about one of the great figures of the 20th century. You will hear excerpts of Chesterton’s works, learn about his life and legacy, and interact with Chesterton himself. From the warm and intriguing tales of the Father Brown series, to the insight and wit of the renowned masterpiece, Orthodoxy, learn about how Chesterton’s numerous writings have shaped the modern world.
For this evening we'll be featuring:

- A delicious charcuterie board menu (pre-order only)
- 2x loyalty points on all food purchases
All charcuterie board pre-orders come with a reserved patio table for your party.
You can add up to 2 additional lawn chairs to 4-person tables to seat 6. Additional chairs cannot be added to our 2-person tables.
Please note: while seating will be open, those who pre-order a charcuterie board with their ticket will receive RESERVED first-class seating on our patio. While there may be seats available for customers who did not purchase a charcuterie board, we encourage customers to bring lawn chairs to guarantee that they have a place to sit.
A Word from the Artist
Hello, my name is John Walker. I have been an award winning professional actor in film, television and theatre from London to Los Angeles for over 40 years. Credits include guest star and recurring roles on General Hospital, Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman, Homocide Life on the Street, Enemy Of The State and many more television shows and movies.
My work on my Chesterton piece began in 2006 with a beginning and an end, but no middle. All of which was followed by an immediate and long period of extensive research, character study and many drafts of my one man play.
