EQUINOX: A Concert In Celebration of the Changing Seasons
Come and immerse yourself in a unique musical experience at Godric Grove in Elings Park with Santa Barbara Revels EQUINOX Concert. More than just a concert, it is a celebration of the changing seasons and the diverse music that mirrors the beautiful traditions we highlight in each year's production of The Revels. Selections from the hearths and highlands of Scotland in our 2022 presentation combine with the Jewish, Irish, and Mexican traditions featured in our upcoming show this December, which echo and resonate from Ellis Island, Gateway to the New World

Revels Music Director, Mica Basilici, brings together an ensemble of versatile musicians who capture the unique sounds of these differing traditions, including period instruments and special vocal selections. A reception with the artists precedes the concert, along with a short lecture/discussion about the various musical styles encompassed in the performance.
