Evann McIntosh

Chicago based musician, Evann McIntosh, initially rose to fame in 2019 with their critically acclaimed album, MOJO. MOJO’s 36 million+ streams (partly thanks to the viral success of the project’s lead single “What Dreams Are Made Of”) established McIntosh as a staple in the new pop scene, and the continuing success of their sophomore release, Character Development, in 2021 earned them a 30-date, nation-wide tour opening for The Maria's.

McIntosh thoughtfully mixes dark alt-pop with dreamy R&B, sonically citing myriad influences across a wide genre spectrum. Clear references such as Stevie Wonder, Bjork, and Blood Orange, stand out. Formal praise from Ones To Watch appreciated their lyrical “self-awareness and vulnerability,” and Vogue HK declared that they were “ready to conquer the world.”

OWNER MICHAEL CAMERON BOOKED ALL OF THE ENTERTAINMENT FROM 1991 UNTIL 2007 & STILL OVERSEES THE MUSIC PROGRAM WITH OUR PART TIME MUSIC DIRECTOR, MARIA SCHROEDER. 

WE HOST ONE OF THE BEST OPEN MICS IN THE COUNTRY EVERY SUNDAY, WHICH IS SPONSORED BY SHURE & GREENSTAR ORGANIC BREWERY.
