Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum (EASM) launches Museum Careers, a week-long career development program during Spring Break 2025 (March 24-28). A select group of high schoolers will get a closer look at the inner professional world of the museum. Following a job shadowing model, each participant is expected engage with several museum professionals and create a report on their experiences.

This initiative is supported by a Community Grant from First Federal, which providing funds to Yamhill County charitable organizations to improve the community for everyone. With this grant, EASM will support students from McMinnville High School with scholarships to participate in the camp.

Daily Schedule (Time + Activity)

  • 9:30am - Orientation
  • 10:00am - Guest Lecturer
  • 10:30am - Job Shadow
  • 11:30pm - Lunch Break
  • 12:00pm - Job Shadow II
  • 1:00pm - Quick Break
  • 1:15pm - Job Shadow III
  • 2:15pm - Wind-Down
  • 3:00pm - End of Day

The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is a world-class center for aerospace education, exhibits, and experiences.
