Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum (evergreenmuseum.org) offers aerospace-themed week-long Spring Camps for students in Yamhill County and greater Oregon. Providing families with a full schedule of activities and learning experiences for children in grades K-8, the Spring Camp is a great alternative for families looking to inspire their children with NASA-based content and challenges.
Our Spring Camps are led by experienced professional educators and include museum tours, STEAM activities, and tons of fun! We are focusing particularly on school districts within Yamhill County but are open to serve anyone in the greater Oregon and Southwest Washington area.
We offer three types of Spring Camps for the following age groups:
K-2: Up in the Air - exploring the history and science of aviation from biomimicry to modern rocketry
3-5: Destination Mars - a scientific review of the challenges of traveling to Mars
6-8: Orbital Odyssey - exploring the Solar System's potential habitable planets with math challenges No Longer Available.
