Focus on the versitilty of piri piri seasoning. From marinades to sauces, paired with proteins, vegetables, and even cocktails!

Chef Gregory León was born in Oklahoma but grew up around the kitchen table in Venezuela. After working for eighteen years in some of San Francisco’s hottest kitchens he relocated to Milwaukee. In 2013 he started a successful Pop-Up Restaurant called Amilinda and in August of 2015 he opened   Amilinda on Wisconsin Ave in Downtown Milwaukee to rave reviews. Amilinda earned three stars from Carol Deptolla of the MJS and a spot on Thrillist 21 Best New Restaurants in America for 2015 as well on MJS Top 30 Restaurant list each year it’s been open. In 2022 Amilinda was named one of Milwaukees quintessential restaurants by Thrillist and has been on Eaters list for 8 years running. Chef Gregory was nominated for a James Beard Award for Best Chef Midwest in 2022 and 2023.
