Buxtehude Organ Works, Part II

Dr. Tom Mueller, organ

This program features organ works by Dietrich Buxtehude, a prominent Lutheran organist of the 1600s, and an important influence on J. S. Bach. This is the second concert in a series that will present Buxtehude's complete organ works in venues across California. Duration: 50 min.

Tom Mueller serves as Professor of Church Music, University Organist, and Music Department Chair at Concordia University in Irvine, California, where he directs academic programs in keyboard, composition, and jazz, and serves in chapel music leadership. He is an active recitalist, clinician, and adjudicator.
