Tucked away in the picturesque Berkshires, Winbrooke offers a serene and elegant setting for an unforgettable dining experience. Join us for a special four-course dinner that showcases the best of local and seasonal ingredients, prepared by the acclaimed Zee Vassos of North Roots. Enjoy learning about each curated wine pairing with Dare Bottle Shop's own certified Sommelier, Xavier Letteron which is sure to create an unforgettable dining experience.

6:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Please arrive no earlier than 6:00 PM.

Cocktail Hour: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Seated Dinner: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

 $125 per person (includes all courses, wines, tax and gratuity)

Chestnut & Apple Sausage

Roasted delicata squash, hand rolled cavatelli, sage cream sauce

 

Third Course

Domaine Brusset Rasteau la Bastide, Provence

Crispy Pork Belly

Root vegetable hash, cider demi glaze, apple & fennel slaw

 

Fourth Course

Apple Tart with Maple Bacon Ice Cream

Reservation are required in order to attend

Tickets are limited and sales for this event will close at midnight on Sunday September 22, 2024. Please make all  necessary arrangements.

Parking is available on-site in the lower field, with a short walk uphill on uneven terrain. Valet service is offered for those with mobility issues. Please note, Winbrooke is not ADA-compliant due to the nature of building's age. Please contact us with any additional questions.

Additional beverages will be available for purchase from the bar during cocktail hour.
