Description
This special meal is a true celebration of local, seasonal ingredients and the hardworking farmers who cultivate them. Prepared with exceptional care by our skilled culinary team. This is one of Chef Alex's favorites!
Each course will showcase the bounty of the region, with meats, cheeses, and produce sourced exclusively from nearby family farms. The menu will feature the finest offerings from Schneider Farms in Hermann, MO, whose mission is to raise quality beef and pork on lands farmed by their family, as well as the artisanal cheeses of Baetje Farms, in Bloomsdale, MO, and Hemme Brothers, in Sweet Springs, MO. both renowned for their creamy textures and complex notes. Avant Gardens, a community-supported agriculture (CSA) operation in New Haven, MO, will also contribute their vibrant, just-picked vegetables and herbs, adding pops of color and freshness to every dish. Throughout the meal, some of the farmers themselves will be on hand to share the stories behind their unique growing practices and sustainable techniques, offering guests a rare glimpse into the origins of their food.
Given the seasonal nature of this special event, the full menu will be announced closer to the date, ensuring that only the most exceptional, just-harvested ingredients are featured.
Guests will dine al fresco in our event tent, surrounded by the warm, convivial atmosphere that comes from celebrating the fruits of our local land and the hardworking individuals who nurture it.
