Tucked away in the picturesque Berkshires, Winbrooke offers a serene and elegant setting for an unforgettable dining experience. Join us for a special 5 course dinner that showcases the best of local and seasonal ingredients, prepared by the acclaimed Wheelhouse Catering. Each course is complemented by expertly curated wines, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

First Course: 2022 Brandl Terrassen Riesling

Second Course: 2019 Rioja Alta Rioja Alberdi Reserva

Omnivore: Lamb carpaccio with dukkah, harissa yogurt, pita, pickled shallots, cucumber, radish, dill, and mint 

Vegetarian: Charred eggplant with dukkah, harissa yogurt, pita, pickled shallots, cucumber, radish, dill, and mint

 

Third Course: 2021 Brewer Clifton Pinot Noir

Omnivore: Blackened halibut with blistered cherry tomatoes, green beans, corn pudding, fried shallots and basil oil 

Vegetarian: Heirloom tomato galette with cheddar, parmesan, scallions, arugula, and tomato relish

 

Fourth Course: 2016 Chateau Pedesclaux Le Haut Medoc de Pedesclaux Bordeaux

Omnivore: Duck leg confit with braised white beans, pork belly, greens, white wine, thyme, and herbed bread crumbs 

Vegetarian: Confit wild mushroom with roasted lemons, green olives, capers, parsley and red wine risotto

 

Fifth Course: Coffee and Tea

Flourless chocolate torte with raspberries and whipped cream

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

This unique farm-to-table dinner offers a choice between an omnivore or vegetarian culinary journey. When purchasing your tickets, you will be asked to select the journey you prefer.

Reservation required 

Ticket sales close at midnight on Sunday August 11, 2024, please make all reservations before that time

Parking on-site in the lower field with a short walk uphill on some uneven terrain. For anyone with mobility issues valet service will be available. Winbrooke is not ADA-compliant, due to the age of the building. Please be advised there are stairs, a steep hillside, uneven footing, etc.
