Description
For Christmas, we’ll perform Thomas Lloyd’s cantata As Well for the Poore as the Peere, which reimagines the medieval English tradition of the rich and poor celebrating together for the holiday. We’ll also share some traditional music of the season, audience sing-along carols, and a candle-lit Silent Night.
Featuring the Fairmount Brass Quintet, the Treble Choir of the Princeton Boychoir, and Timothy Urban, hurdy-gurdy.
The previously announced appearance on this program by the Princeton Boychoir has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
The duration of this concert will be 90 minutes without intermission.
