Flora-Bama Yacht Club New Year's Eve

Ticket includes the following:
 

Full bar selection is available for purchase on arrival
 

Four course meal, including choice of appetizer, soup or salad, entree and dessert
 

Admission to the Flora-Bama Lounge New Year's Eve Celebration after dinner
 

Seating will begin at 6pm and all guests must arrive and be seated by 8pm. Service will begin upon your party's arrival.
 

Service will conclude at 10:00 PM - then it's time to head on over to the Flora-Bama to continue the party!

New Year's Eve Menu:

Appetizer

Choice of:

Goat Cheese Terrine

Creamy Herbed Goat Cheese layered with Olives and Sundried Tomatoes, served with Marinated Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Gigante Beans, Artichoke Hearts and House Made Focaccia Bread.

Yacht Club Shrimp Martini

Chilled Jumbo Gulf Shrimp marinated with Tomato, Capers, Red Onion, Tarragon and Lemon served with Pipette of Vodka and Warm Focaccia Bread.

 

Soup or Salad

Choice of:

Seafood Bisque

Lobster, Shrimp and Crab in Velvety Sherry Cream.

Winter Salad

Kale, Roasted Candy Beets, Winter Squash, Dates, Dried Cherries, Pepitas and Goat Cheese dressed with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

 

Entree

Beef Short Ribs

Red Wine Braised Short Ribs with Truffle Whipped Potatoes and Broccolini

Gulf Grouper

Pan seared Gulf Grouper with Truffle Whipped Potatoes and Broccolini

Chicken Orecchiette

Orecchiette Pasta with Sauteed Chicken, Wild Mushrooms, Shallots, Roasted Red Bell Peppers in a Rich Parmesan Cream Sauce

 

Dessert

Espresso Crème Brûlée

Wild Berry Bread Pudding with White Chocolate Ganache

There is no strict dress code for this event, however you are highly encouraged to wear your best semi-formal attire! We’re not suggesting you buy a tux, and we're not implying that you should arrive in your favorite sweats - but there’s a balance to be struck between the two!
