You'll explore a variety of toppings and flavor combinations, all while learning tips and techniques to bring restaurant-quality focaccia to your kitchen. Whether you're a beginner or experienced baker, this class is perfect for anyone eager to dive into the world of homemade bread.
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU TO CLASS:
- A non-reactive medium sized bowl (Plastic or glass will work great) to transport your dough ball/loaf home in.

What To Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.
- Instructor: No Thyme to Cook Lead Chef
- Length: Approximately 3 hours
- Format: Hands-On. Get ready to stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the chef instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Make sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy all the dishes created during the class.
- Location: First Floor.
- Restrictions: Classes are for participants aged 18 and older. Children aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

- General Admission: Arrive at the start of class.
- While our full-service bar is closed, however, mimosa kits are available for purchase.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
