Description
Join us for this two-part cookery leader training for the Food Use Places project, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. Designed by Brighton & Hove Food Partnership and led by Charlotte Fuller, Community Cookery Leader at The Community Kitchen.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE 2 PART TRAINING SERIES where we will cover different topics of working with food, particularly cooking with unsual donations and surplus, cooking at different volumes, whilst focusing on the Food Use Places messaging, refering back to the Food Use Confidence Dial.
It will be a mixture of practical cooking and discussions. Please let us know of any dietaries or accessibility needs in advance.
This is for cookery leaders and cookery volunteers of the Food Use Places project partners. If you are not a partner of the Food Use Place project, you are able to attend both classes for £50.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a £25 per person, per session 'no show' charge if we aren't notified within 24 hours of the class starting, which will help cover the costs of the ingredients. However, please let us know with as much notice as possible so we are able to offer the space to someone else.
