1- 3 PM

Join Sasha and Jackie for their September Forage & Plant Dye workshop featuring Goldenrod! In this workshop, we will learn how to identify, forage and utilize Goldenrod creatively and medicinally. As a group we will gather enough Goldenrod to create a dye bath and you will learn the basics of plant dyes. We will also explore color shifts with an iron mordant to create beautiful hues of green from the yellow goldenrod dye bath. 

Each participant will leave their own goldenrod dyed silk scarf, an info packet with a Materia medica and instructions on how to dye at home.

Open to all skill levels!
