What You Will Learn

Discover the art of making fresh pasta from scratch in our hands-on cooking class! Learn the techniques of kneading, rolling, and shaping pasta dough as our expert chefs guide you through the process. 

This month, learn the secrets of creating vibrant, homemade pastas in a variety of colors using natural ingredients like spinach, beetroot, and turmeric. Discover the science behind the color changes and enjoy a hands-on experience crafting delicious, visually stunning pasta dishes.

Menu

Starter Course: 

Mediterranean Pasta Salad 

Main Course: 

Arrabiata and Shrimp over (Green) Fettuccine,  

Goat Cheese (Pink and Yellow) Ravioli with Artichoke Mushroom Cream Sauce

Dessert Course: 

Chocolate Pasta with Chocolate Hazelnut Sauce, Whipped Ricotta and Raspberries

What To Expect

Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll work together with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.

  • Instructor: Chef Rich
  • Length: Approximately 3 hours
  • Format: Hands-On. Get ready to stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the chef instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Make sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy all the dishes created during the class.
  • Location: First floor. 
  • Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

 

Experience Options 

  • Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
  • General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
  • Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
  • Allergy Restrictions: Unfortunately, there are no gluten allergy alternatives for this menu.
