What You Will Learn

Do you love fresh pasta but think it’s too hard to make? Then you don’t want to miss this class when our experienced chef instructor guides you through how to form and knead the dough before rolling and cutting it into such classic shapes as linguine, spaghetti & fettuccine. You’ll also prepare a variety of delicious sauces to complement its texture and flavor. Leave with new skills and a taste of handmade pasta magic. You’ll never go back to boxed!

Fresh Fettuccine & Linguine with Alfredo Sauce & Shrimp Arrabiata Sauce

What To Expect

Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.

  • Instructor: Chef Alex
  • Length: Approximately 3 hours
  • Format: Hands-On. Get ready to stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the chef instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Make sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy all the dishes created during the class.
  • Location: First floor. 
  • Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

 

Experience Options 

  • Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
  • General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
  • Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
  • Allergy Restrictions: Unfortunately, there are no gluten allergy alternatives for this menu.
