Do you have a loved one who is struggling with misusing substances? You’re not alone!
Branching Out Support Services is pleased to announce the upcoming Friends & Family Support Circle offering.
The Family & Friends Support Circle is a safe space for people experiencing this to meet, make connections and share their experiences. The group facilitator will provide information, community resources and peer connections for family and friends looking for ways to support themselves and their loved ones dealing with substance use.
This circle is facilitated by Julie Elsdon-Height, who has been in recovery and supporting others for thirteen years. Julie is a fourth-year student at Laurentian University enrolled in the Honours Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work.
Dates: Wednesdays at 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm, November 8, 15, 21 & 29
