Description

Join us for our winter chapter educational event where we will dive into exploring innovative approaches to executing your events.  You'll hear a keynote presentation followed by two case studies all backed by data and survey results.

The hottest topics amongst event organizers are AI and attendee data. This session is an approachable entry point to leverage these assets to accomplish event objectives. After a brief unpacking of how ethical facial analysis works, you will listen to two case studies of how it was implemented and its impact on event success. Get the perspectives of an event director, a general contractor, and a tech company as their collaborations raise the bar for what is possible with innovation, teamwork, and creative strategies.  Presenters will be Sarah Griffin, Event Manager for CPHI North America, Louis Layton, Senior Vice President, Event Technology at Freeman, and Nick Borelli, Zenus Director of Marketing.

Session Objectives:

  • Explore innovative approaches in event experiences through real-world case studies.
  • Understand the impact of strategic partnerships on event success.
  • Analyze insights from event trends and survey data.

This event qualifies for 1 clock hour toward CEM recertification.
