Do you love all things bourbon? Have you heard about the bourbon craze, but are unsure how you fit? For both aficionados and newbies to this vanilla, oak, and caramel warm hug, our certified bourbon steward you will be introduced to three exquisite bottles, each paired with a specially-selected small plates menu.

What To Expect
Join us as we introduce three exquisite bottles, each paired with a specially-selected small plates menu.
- Instructor: Chef Rich
- Host: Chef Brian
- Length: Approximately 2 hours.
- Format: Demonstration. Class will be taught by the chef instructor, with the opportunity for class members to be invited into the kitchen and assist with certain portions of the recipes. Everyone in the class will be able to enjoy the menu items made during the class.
- Location: Second Floor. Please note the second floor can ONLY be accessed via stairs.
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
