• Abuse of Early Access and Pre-build privileges may jeopardize your ability to attend Frostburn.

Why!

Frostburn runs on volunteers, camps, and individuals sharing their skills, talents, art, and warmth.

• Does your theme camp need more time to get set up?
• Do you need more time to get your art built, do you want to set up your art before Frostburn starts?
• Are you volunteering for DPW, Gate, or Setup and want to be on site before your first shift starts?

When!

• Pre-build Start - Pre-Event Friday at 14:00
• Pre-build End - Pre-Event Sunday Dark-ish
• Pre-build Extra  - Pre-Event Monday & Tuesday
• Early Access - Pre-Event Wednesday Arrival between ~10:00-22:00

How?

1. Early Arrival (Wednesday) is available to everyone by request.
2. Early Arrival is included in Pre-build.
3. Pre-build and Pre-Build Extra require Pre-Approval!
   • Tickets Are discounted 100% with promo code
   • Join our Community Discord and request an access code in our #logistics-and-questions channel (preferred)
     • Create a thread (private or public) and give us the information below
   • Send a request with the subject "Pre-build request" to support@frostburn.org
   • Let us know
     • Who you are
     • Why you need access (Camp, Art, Site Setup)
     • If you are a theme camp how many people will need pre-build access
       • A quick list of who is coming early from your camp (they will provide more information when they get their own ticket)
       • Theme camp leads will get a code they can share with their camp mates
       • Everyone must buy their own ticket and fill out an electronic waiver
     • If you are requesting pre-build or pre-build extra
4. Pre-build weekend and pre-event days if available (Monday-Tuesday) are not a party.
5. You will receive an email from orders@simpletix.com with a link to your electronic waiver to fill out before you arrive.
