The Close Encounter Club are delighted to announce a one-off interactive event on Monday 8th August 2022 featuring the premiere of FUR LIVE FROM THE CLOSE ENCOUNTER CLUB with a live watch-along and Q&A with the boys themselves!

 

Known for their seamless ability to weave nostalgic notes with a modern twist, FUR are fresh from the release of their debut record 'When You Walk Away'. The band are no strangers to The Close Encounter Club,  having already performed for us back in 2019, get ready for this event by watching those back here.

 

PLEASE NOTE - Tickets are only available to buy until 11am BST on Monday 8th August (2 hours before the stream), so make sure that you purchase in time to avoid disappointment on the day!

 

IMPORTANT INFO - This event will run through Zoom and YouTube. Please make sure you have downloaded and made a Zoom account before the event starts. 


For the best viewing experience, we recommend using two devices for example laptop + tv. One for the gig and one for the Q&A.

The Close Encounter Club is a psychedelic live sessions channel set onboard a spaceship-venue orbiting Planet Earth. Recent performers at The Club include Sorry, Mercury Prize nominated Porridge Radio, and The Ivors Rising Star winner Mysie, as well as Willie J Healey, Katy J Pearson, and The Mysterines.

The videos are transmitted back to Earth via our YouTube Channel.
