Description

Celebrate George Washington’s 292nd birthday at his boyhood home with fun activities for the whole family! 

Guests are invited to several educational stations throughout the Ferry Farm property. They will engage with Archaeologists, reenactors and other experts as they learn about Ferry Farm, the Washington Family, and the enslaved people who lived there. “George Washington” will be on hand to celebrate his birthday. There will also be the annual stone throwing contest throughout the day as well as cupcakes while supplies last.

Events will be on-going from 10am - 3pm, while supplies last.  Purchase a ticket for arrival time beginning on the top of every hour. 

No pets allowed at this event.
