Join us for an evening of intrigue at Elko’s Ghost Tour 2023.
Eat, drink and immerse yourself in the spirit, and characters, of Elko’s murderous past.
Move through downtown Elko and meet Mrs. George Washington Mardis, presented by Sharon Owen, as she tells the story of how her husband was brutally murdered near Island Mountain. The story of the killing of George Piccolo by George Lewis near Bullion, presented by Sandy Beeler. Elko County Sheriff Deputy Sidney Sheldon, presented by James Glennon, recounts how he was killed in Toano. Finally, meet Ruthless Rattlesnake Dick as presented by Derek Burwell or Scott Glennon.
Ghost Tour commences at Living Stones Church with appetizers, refreshments and our journey into the past.
Tickets include appetizers, wine, performances and sweet treat.
Proceeds support the Downtown Business Association’s mission to promote, preserve and enhance the prosperity of the downtown area and support the overall betterment of the Elko Community.
