Calling all teens & young adults... JOIN US in recognizing graduates and welcoming the start of summer!
A brief recognition ceremony at 4pm will be followed by a silent disco party, featuring wireless LED party headphones and three channels of music to choose from, snacks, games and more!
Parents and caregivers will be enjoy a private party room to celebrate.
Indicate on your ticket if you are celebrating a graduation, 8th grade promotion or other type of certification. We all want to celebrate and recognize you!
Note: For non-members, youth under age 18 and young adults within legal guardian care must have a caregiver present for the duration of the event.

SOCIAL/OUTREACH EVENT PHOTO RELEASE
I hereby consent to Erin’s Hope for Friends, Inc. and its affiliates, permission for the taking of photographs at this social or fundraising event and grant unlimited right to use and reproduce photos in all forms and media, to be used in future print materials and Internet materials such as promotional and advertising materials, website, and fundraising brochures.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
As consideration for the right to participate in this activity sponsored by Erin’s Hope for Friends Kentucky (EHFF KY) I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of participation in the activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge EHFF KY, OWL Inc., and Kennedy Dr. LLC, located at 650 Kennedy Rd., Lexington, Kentucky 40511, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any injury suffered as a direct result of participation including traveling to and from the event.
