We’re also announcing that we will be collecting pop top canned good donations at the dinner for those most impacted by Helene and will have QR code displays for Highlands Emergency Council and MANNA FoodBank in Asheville if you feel led to donate. About Phil Vickery
Philip Vickery is an English celebrity chef. He is best known for working on ITV's This Morning, where he has been a Chef since 2006. Vickery earned his first Michelin star at The Castle Hotel in Taunton Somerset and retained it for four consecutive years from 1994 to 1997. Vickery has written twelve books. The first, "Just Food", was published by Headline in 1999. He appeared in BBC's Ready Steady Cook over 200 times between 1996 and 2010 until the show's retirement, often being nicknamed "Phil Victory" due to his high win record in the series.
About Colin Bedford
Colin is a seasoned chef from the UK, where his skills were honed in the kitchen of The Castle Hotel for four years before embarking on a culinary journey that led him across the globe. After a brief stint in Canada, he relocated to North Carolina at The Fearrington House, where he continued to impress diners with his innovative and delicious creations. Throughout his career, he has trained and worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and spearheaded 5-star and Diamond-rated Kitchens.
Now calling Los Angeles, California his home, Colin brings a unique blend of British and Southern influences to his cooking, creating food that is comforting and sophisticated. With a passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a commitment to constantly pushing the boundaries of flavor, Colin continues to delight food lovers with his culinary creations. Whether crafting a traditional British roast or putting his spin on classic southern dishes, Colin’s dedication shines through.
About Graham Fox
Chef Fox trained in Michelin properties specializing in classic French and traditional English culinary techniques. His career has included winning Young Chef of the Year, working as Executive Chef for the prestigious Relais and Chateaux Fearrington House and Private Chef for Lord Bamford of JCB fame. Since 2010 Graham and his wife Phoebe have owned and operated Sutor Creek restaurant in Cromarty, located in the northeast of Scotland. Sutor Creek specializes in Scottish Seafood and the best local produce that Scotland’s natural larder has to offer.
