14624 Solomons Island Road SouthWe are excited to welcome Chef Robert McGowan, formerly the Executive Chef at Washington, DC’s oldest bar and restaurant, the Old Ebbitt Grill. During his 17 year tenure there, he oversaw the feeding of 2,000 people daily. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in his home state of New York, he worked at various restaurants, including as the Executive Chef of Sardi’s in the Theatre District and for Ten’s World Class Cabaret.
In this special class, Chef Robert will share some stories as well as delicious recipes from his tenure at the Old Ebbitt Grill. Come and get the inside scoop from a person who’s been in the room!
