September Classes: 
9/9: Bootcamp on the Point - A high-energy, dynamic circuit training class with various stations targeting different muscle groups for a full-body workout.

9/16: Tone & Tonic - A sculpting class that uses light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to tone muscles while incorporating stretching to enhance flexibility.

9/23: Blissful Burn - A mix of low-impact cardio and strength exercises followed by a deep stretch and relaxation segment.
