Kirna Amin brings the authentic tastes of Western India, the Gujarat region, to the Community Kitchen, sharing the cooking techniques and flavour combinations that have evolved over centuries so you can a homestyle meal in Brighton.

You will work in pairs to prepare a typical menu of:

  • Pudla - savoury pancakes made from chickpea flour
  • Gujarati aubergine and potato curry
  • Moong Lentil Dhal
  • Stuffed paratha - layered and filled traditional flatbreads
