For this special class, we bring you to our Vegan Kitchen in Matawan as SEITAN is VEGAN and not Gluten Free. This event promises to be an unmissable occasion for anyone passionate about food and cooking and learning the ways of SEITAN.
Chef Asha is an expert at preparing and turning SEITAN into many different culinary dishes. At 'HAIL SEITAN', you'll not only learn about the origins but also master the art of cooking vegan dishes with it. Due to limited seating and the upfront costs of food and preparation, our baking & cooking class events are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. You are welcome to have someone come in your place if you are unable to attend. Additionally, as you know this class will take place in our Vegan kitchen in Matawan. We use soy, nuts, corn and other ingredients that could interfere with you enjoying the class if they are an allergen for you.
