Terms and Conditions for Hala Bira 2024 Ticket Sales
1. General - By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. - All ticket holders must comply with the venue's rules and regulations.
2. Ticket Types and Pricing General Admission: Standard pricing as advertised. Under 12: Free admission for children under the age of 12. Proof of age may be required at entry. Barkada Pack: $200 for a group of 10 people.
3. Ticket Purchase and Delivery - Tickets can be purchased online or at authorised physical outlets. Online purchase: Your ticket/s will be available for pick up at the entry point of the event. Please show your proof of purchase and collect your tickets.
4. Non-Refundable Policy - All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellation, postponement, or personal circumstances.
5. Transferability - Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. - The new ticket holder must present the ticket at entry and may be required to provide identification matching the original purchaser's details.
6. Entry and Conduct - Entry to the event is subject to presenting a valid ticket. - The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual deemed to be in violation of venue rules or exhibiting inappropriate behavior. - Attendees under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
7. Liability - The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. - Attendees assume all risks associated with the event.
8. Privacy - Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and may be used to communicate event-related information.
9. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held.
