3:30 - 4:30 Experience the Heart of Nature with Alexis Penney

Alexis will guide an experiential ceremony to reconnect and rebalance your humanity, divinity and connection to the earth and cosmos. Rooted in qi gong, a gentle, bioenergetic martial art, and shamanic energy medicine, we'll breathe, move, meditate and welcome resourcing and support from the land and compassionate spirits, all as a practice of reclaiming our place in the web of life. No experience or prior knowledge is necessary - practice will be accessible for folks of all belief systems and physical abilities.

Things to bring:
Yoga mat, water bottle, snacks, journal, pen, comfortable dress for light body movement. As you can see in the schedule you will have 30 min breaks between each class as well as 30 min at the start and end of the day to enjoy the extra FREE experiences and shop from a select few vendors. There will not be time for you to leave and return for food so please feel free to bring snacks or lunch with you. In addition you are not “required” to participate or stay for all four classes. We do ask that you leave your mat in place to hold your space until you are finished with the day.

Join intuitive and evidential mediums Noelle Brown and Carolyn Ulrich for this gallery style mediumship experience as they deliver you messages from your loved ones in spirit.

During this two-hour gallery, the audience will receive messages from their past on loved ones from both Noel and Carolyn as well as messages from Archangels and spirit guides.

The beautiful thing about galleries style readings is that even if you are not being given a reading directly, often the message is also for you.
