Hawai’i Military Community Theatre is a volunteer-led, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire members to explore, think, and connect through artistic storytelling on stage. Our ambition is to invest in the local youth to enhance our military community through live theater.

Calling all musical theatre enthusiasts! Get ready to embark on a journey to the African savannah with HMCT's adaptation of the Disney Broadway musical, The Lion King Jr.! This mesmerizing spectacle of musical theater will transport you to the heart of the Pridelands, following the heartwarming story of the young lion prince, Simba.
Enthralling audiences with unforgettable characters and captivating musical scores, The Lion King Jr. is a must-watch event. It's more than just a musical, it's a celebration of the circle of life. Ticket price $14 per person age 3 and up (age 2 and under are free and considered lap children).

The enchanting Palikū Theatre in Kaneohe is set to be the backdrop for this production. Known for its state-of-the-art facilities and welcoming ambiance, the theatre will add an extra layer of charm to this incredible show. The run time of the performance is 80 minutes with a 15 minute intermission. There will be no refreshments available at the theatre.
