Description

Join internationally-bestselling author, alchemist & spiritual activist
Rachel Ricketts on a journey within to embody, embrace & love on your
inner child as radical soul care.

This will be a sacred space to learn about, honor & be our whole,
authentic & beautiful selves – especially for Black & Brown folx. When
we get to connect with our inner children (and truest selves), and
support them feeling safe and free to be exactly as and how they are,
it anchors us in love, acceptance and possibility - all of which supports
both personal and collective liberation.

This workshop includes meditation, somatics, journal prompts, sacred
play & a reading from Rachel’s mindfulness book ALL I NEED TO BE for
kids and inner kids alike.

Open to all ages (including kiddos) & all beings. Black & Brown bodies –
especially queer, trans, disabled, women, femme & non-binary beings -
will be centered.
Limited spots avail.

Tickets are by donation. Suggested price: $25 (all those paying $25 or
